It’s another Speakeasy Night in the Cedar Room, and we’re bringing out our special menus with best specialty cocktails in Campbell!

We started our Speakeasy Night in homage to the old establishments from the 1920s and 1930s that sprang up in response to the Prohibition. Otherwise known as “gin joints,” they left a significant cultural impact, giving rise to popular terms like “moonshine” and “86’d” that are still used today. Prohibition officially ended in 1933, and the illicit tradition disappeared. Times have changed since then, but we like taking our guests on a trip through the past and demonstrating the creative freedom we all now enjoy in craft cocktail culture.
